The Canadian Association for the Study of the Liver (CASL) invites its members to apply to join one of the CASL committees and play an active role in advancing hepatology across Canada.  

Committee members contribute to key areas of CASL’s work, including:  

• Development of national educational initiatives and the Canadian Liver Meeting program on the Education Committee 

• Promotion of scientific excellence through research and abstract review on the Research Committee 

• Review and approval of evidence based clinical guidelines on the Guidelines Committee 

• Advancement of equity, diversity, and inclusion across CASL activities on the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee 

• Strengthening of member engagement, outreach, and communications on the Membership Committee 

Committee membership provides a meaningful opportunity to apply your expertise, collaborate with peers across the country, and support the strength and growth of the Canadian liver community.
