2025 Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Transplantation: A Global Perspective Conference
The 2025 Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Transplantation: A Global Perspective Conference is a groundbreaking event hosted by the Ajmera Transplant Center in Toronto. The conference, scheduled for October 25-26, 2025, brings together international transplant leaders, clinicians, surgeons, nurses, researchers, policymakers, and representatives from academic and community-based organizations.
The conference aims to address the critical challenges faced by transplant providers and patients in achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all organ groups. It emphasizes a patient-centric approach, ensuring that the voices and needs of patients and caregivers are central to the discussions. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with notable speakers, explore DEI challenges, and contribute to a global dialogue on advancing DEI in transplantation.
This second edition will be co-located with the 6th Congress of International Advanced HBP Surgery (ISLS 2025) featuring a Joint Session with Keynote Speaker Dr. Nouman Ashraf addressing “Enabling Exemplary Care Through Behavioural Empathy.”
Attendees of the Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Transplantation: A Global Perspective Conference will receive a discount to attend ISLS 2025.
