Nous nous pencherons sur l&#039;\u00e9volution de la maladie, le pronostic et l&#039;impact sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patients atteints d&#039;HP. De plus, nous examinerons les opportunit\u00e9s et les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la prestation de soins palliatifs aux personnes confront\u00e9es \u00e0 cette maladie, en soulignant les aspects uniques li\u00e9s aux interventions de soins palliatifs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Au cours de cette s\u00e9ance, nous allons :<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\">examiner l\u2019\u00e9volution de la maladie, la qualit\u00e9 de vie et le pronostic de l\u2019hypertension pulmonaire (HP).<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">examiner les possibilit\u00e9s et les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la prestation de soins palliatifs aux patients atteints d\u2019HTP.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\">discuter des aspects uniques de la sant\u00e9 palliative en ce qui concerne les interventions en soins palliatifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Les sessions ECHO sont gratuites et ouvertes \u00e0 toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par le sujet ; cependant, le contenu du cours est con\u00e7u pour un public de m\u00e9decins.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Au d\u00e9but de cette session, le(s) intervenant(s) pr\u00e9senteront un cas, qui sera suivi d&#039;une discussion mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et interactive entre
